RAMScope is the tool that can extract RAM data within an MCU in high speed and in real time via debug interface such as NBD, AUD, etc., which most of control type MCUs is equipped with. Extracted RAM information is directly saved in memory of a PC that controls RAMScope, enabling you to collect large volume data, and as a result, facilitating analysis of operation of a control application.
