RAMScope GT100/GT110
RAMScope is a tool to monitor and log internal RAM data of MCUs and ECU variables in real time. RAMScope extracts RAM data using debug interface such as NBD*¹, AUD and NEXUS that are implemented in MCUs and ECU variables, enabling to collect data with no effect on a control application.
Since the debug interface makes access to internal RAM using internal DMA or dedicated bus, you can extract RAM data with no burden on a program you are running. And, by observing behavior of a system running via an MCU and logging a result in a file, you can use them for analysis of data or a rare failure.
With GT110*², furthermore, you can monitor and log RAM data and CAN message at the same time, and save necessary ID data on CAN bus and RAM data in a file of CSV format on a same time axis.
- *1: NBD (Non Break Debug) is a standardized debug interface based on the ICE
interface proposed by us in 1996, and mainly used in in-vehicle MCUs for
automotives.
