FlexRay Starter Kit GT200/GT201
FlexRay is attracting attention as the next generation in-vehicle LAN that will replace high-speed CAN to meet the market demands for high-speed. Through collaboration with the semiconductor vendors who have been working for promotion of FlexRay, FlexRay Starter Kit GT200/GT201 is made available as the most ideal evaluation board for users who are considering to introduce FlexRay.
GT201 Series comes with the sample program for FlexRay communication control evaluation and ConfiguratorPro Lite, the software by Advanced Data Controls Corporation. You can learn about FlexRay by repeatedly setting up and changing schedules of the sample program with ConfiguratorPro Lite.
GT201N00: Starter Kit supporting NEC Electronics’s V850E/IA1 + BOSCH’s IP (FPGA version)
GT201N00 is implemented with 32-bit RISC microcomputer V850E/IA1 of NEC Electronics, and uses IP (FPGA version) of Robert Bosch GmbH as FlexRay controller. Also, GT201N00 is implemented with FlexRay transceiver (TJA1080TS/N) of Phillips for physical layer.
GT201M0x: Starter Kit supporting the FlexRay built-in MCUs of Freescale
GT201M00 is the Starter Kit developed to support MC9S12XFR of S12/X family, while GT201M01 is the Starter Kit developed to support MPC5567 of MPC5500 family, both of which are the FlexRay built-in microcontrollers for automotive control by Freescale Semiconductor. And, FlexRay transceiver (TJA1080TS/N) of Phillips is used for physical layer of both GT201M00 and GT201M01.
